You can purchase coins securely within the Chiky mobile application by visiting your Profile > Wallet, or via our official web portal. We support global credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and local alternative wallet payments.
If your payment was successful but your coin balance did not update, please wait 5-10 minutes. If it still does not appear, send us a message using this contact form, enclosing your Chiky User ID (UID) and the payment Transaction ID. We will resolve this within 24 hours.
You can request permanent account deletion directly inside the app under Profile > Settings > Account Security > Delete Account. Alternatively, email a formal deletion request from your registered email address to support@chiky.me.
