- In-App Self Service: Open the Chiky mobile application, navigate to **Profile > Settings > Account Security**, and tap **Delete Account**. Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.
- Email Request: Submit a formal deletion request from your registered email address to support@chiky.me, including your unique Chiky User ID (UID).
- Action SLA: Upon verification, your account registration, active wallet ledger, and media links will be permanently deleted from our live servers within **14 business days**. Offline backup archives will be completely overwritten and purged within 30 days.
